There are many ways you can give feedback about your experiences at the Trust, whether good or bad. We really appreciate you taking the time to tell us what you think - we use feedback like this to make positive changes to the patient experience at the Trust.
What is patient experience?
Patient experience is the experience you have as a result of the care we deliver. Our Trust’s vision is to be exceptional in our care for every patient and to do this we need you to tell us when we are getting it right…and where we need to improve.In order to improve the experience of patients, family and carers, we need your input in a number of ways.
How can I help?
- Ask about completing a Friends and Family Test (FFT) survey every time you use one of our services.
- Fill in a comment slip and pop it in one of the boxes located across our hospitals.
- Complete one of the national surveys that take place regularly.
- Offer to tell your story as part of our Patient Story program
- Attend a listening event
- Join a project
- Send us an email
