If you cannot find what you are looking for in the list of responses, you feel your question has not been fully answered, or you need additional specific information, please take a look at our guidance about how to make a request .

How to look at past questions and answers

Each copy of our disclosure log covers a one month period and lists all responses by disclosure date order and subject.

If there is a specific subject you would like to look at, please select the filter arrow next to the subject column (B). You can scroll through the list to select the subject, or type a keyword into the search box. For example, if you want to look for waiting times in A&E you could type 'wait' or 'A&E'.
